Fresh and vibrant, Contra Tempo offers an aromatic complexity that sets it apart from classic aperitifs. Grassy tarragon and warming cardamom set the stage, while Iceland moss brings a cool, forested complexity. A hint of fennel adds gentle sweetness, while lemongrass brings a bright, zesty tang. Delicate rose buds round out the finish with a soft floral lift, harmonizing the herbal notes. The addition of vibrant hibiscus lends a rich, ruby-red hue, while beetroot deepens the color and imparts an earthy undertone.
