Contra Punto harmonizes bitter citrus, warming spice, and deep herbal complexity. Bitter orange leads with citrusy punch, while angelica root adds an earthy, bitter depth. Velvety Criollo brings a hint of richness. Ceylon cinnamon and piment ignite a warm, lingering spice. During maturation, saffron is infused to impart a delicate golden hue, enhancing both its color and complexity. A true digestif with time-honored medicinal qualities, Contra Punto is perfect for ending a meal or simply savoring at a leisurely pace.
